  1. $2, $5, $10, $20 and $100 winning tickets may be claimed from the lottery sales outlet or any authorized lottery vendor.
  2. $500, $5,000 and $10,000 winning tickets must be claimed from the offices of the NAtional Lotteries Control Board at 119/121 Duke Street, Port of Spain, Either in person or by registered mail
  3. All claimants should supply their name, address, telephone number and signature.
  4. Any ticket may be judged void if stolen, illegible, mutilated, defaced or defective in any manner.
  5. Liability for void tickets, if any, is limited to the replacement of the ticket.
  6. Prizes must be claimed within six months of the announced end of the lottery

Players must be 18 years or older.
